Stark’ s philosophy is for athletes to engage in proper strength and conditioning early in life. Shon is a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and sports scientist that focuses on facilitating efficient movement strategies - specifically change of direction ability. He uses a data-driven and evidence-informed approach to understanding athletes’ movement analysis, in doing so, help athletes develop and optimize performance.

His career mission is to use his knowledge to help prospective athletes develop better and more efficient movement strategies to mitigate injuries and enhance performance. He has helped athletes in the discipline of basketball, football, and soccer obtain scholarships and professional contracts, and continues to advise various sports teams.

He has spent the past decade diligently learning about the science of movement and is continuing to pursue his goal of understanding injury prevention strategies.

Apart from pursuing his Masters in Sport Science and Rehabilitation, he also shares his insights in his workshops and seminars held internationally for Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Medical Doctors, and Personal Trainers.

From a young age Trae has been involved with sports. However, it wasn’t until joining the McMaster University rowing team that he became passionate about the human body and performance.

He activity competed as a varsity rower for 5 years training with some of the best coaches in Ontario while obtaining a degree in Biochemistry at McMaster University. Since 2016 he has been competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Through his years of competing it has become evident that many athletes lack a structured training program. This often leads to under performance, injury and worst case scenario burnout. His goal is to utilize interdisciplinary approaches to help athletes achieve their full potential and to improve their body awareness.

Trae is certified by the NSCA as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He activity researches different modalities to create programs that are specific to his client’s needs. David graduated from University of Toronto with a kinesiology degree, acquiring good experience of personal training and working with athletes. During the one-year internship as an athletic therapist with the Varsity Blue Football team, he encountered various injuries in sport settings and dealt with experience and knowledge. He also practiced taping skills that can help prevent injuries across different body parts and enhance athletes’ performances. David also worked in the physiotherapy clinic for years that he is familiar with movement assessment and rehabilitation treatment. Himself dedicated to working out in the gym with the goals of improving sport performance and gaining strength/muscle mass. He successfully cut 30+ pounds of fat within 3 months during pandemic. Training Philosophy: David believes that training sessions should be designed focusing on personal goal; there is no best exercise for all. He also thinks exercise is the best modality for rehabilitation, injury prevention, and higher quality of life.
